Description of Ability

The Kamisama of Bhaskar once spoke of martial artists who could incapacitate a man with a single finger. While you aren’t able to cripple a man with a fingertip just yet, you know where to hit them with a solid punch to leave them staggering about like a fish out of water. Peronial Punch will target the opponent's peronial nerve, delivering an attack worth only 50% of normal combat damage, but inflicting a hobble state (forced walking) for 6 seconds. Chance to land a peronial punch is reduced by 25% if the opponent is wearing leg armor.
