Description of Ability

As a near expert in the art form of dual-wielding, you have become quite confident in your ability to land attacks with accuracy. Reduces Hit Chance Increase penalty for Main Hand weapon when wielding an Off-Hand weapon from 15% to 10%. Reduces Hit Chance Increase penalty for Off-Hand weapon when wielding an Off-Hand weapon with a Main-Hand weapon from 20% to 15%. Critical Hit Chance with Off-Hand weapons (excluding fists) is increased by an additional one percent (for a total bonus of +2%).
