Description of Ability

You tend to find the best in any opportunity; specifically in casting spells, and especially in delivering critical hits upon your foes while in combat. Critical hit bonus damage when casting spells is increased by 5%. Critical damage percentage is a random value between 10 to 25%, and can be raised or lowered depending on further values. This perk will add the specified amount to the rolled, random value, (IE, 10% + 5% = 15% final), not to exceed a total value of 50%.
